At Liston Family Law, open and ongoing communication with clients is a key part of our service standards. We understand that your family law matter, be it a divorce, separation or access issue, will affect every aspect of your life. Being kept up to date on the status of your matter is crucial to you successfully navigating the legal process.
Similarly, we understand the costs involved in legal matters can cause additional stress and we will be up front with you in terms of the fees we charge and, where possible, provide a fixed fee for our legal advice.
